How can I find my tracking number?

After you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail. It is your responsibility to review that e-mail and make sure billing, shipping, delivery, and contact information is all correct. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with all relevant tracking information to the freight carrier determined. They will then contact you via the phone number you provided at the time of your purchase to schedule a desired delivery date and time window. We recommend you discuss any foreseen obstacles with the freight company ahead of delivery as additional charges may apply if the delivery location is determined to be inaccessible or difficult to access for the large freight truck.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Normal lead times are 3 business days. Skee-Ball products are made and shipped from good ol' Pulaski, WI (USA), just outside of Green Bay - home of the Pulaski Polka Days, the Skee-Ball® brand, and of course, the Green Bay Packers. Skee-Ball apparel and select accessories are made using a 3rd party service that may have longer lead times and ship from their warehouse. See our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

My address is wrong in my order. Can I change it?

Please contact us at support@skeeball.com ASAP. To ensure that we catch your email and order in time, please provide us with the below information: Email Subject: "Help, I Need To Change My Address! Email Body: Please include order number, first and last name, and the new shipping address. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will change the address before it is picked up by the carrier. If your order has already shipped, we are not able to change the address. Please make sure you let us know as soon as possible that the address is incorrect. If you are noticing the wrong address because you received a shipping confirmation email then you may be out of time to make the change.

What to expect next after ordering?

Skee-Ball Delivery Information
Order will typically ship within 2-3 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email once the game leaves our facility.
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please be sure to give us the best number to reach you and anticipate this phone call.
Someone must be present at the time of delivery.

Curbside Delivery Details
Games are delivered by freight truck, typically a semi.
This is curbside delivery. The driver will unload the product to your driveway or garage area but will not bring it inside, unless you’ve chosen and paid for white glove delivery.
Upon receipt, inspect the exterior packaging and note any visible damage to the delivery paperwork.
If you discover any concealed damage after unboxing, contact us immediately so we can assist you.

White Glove Delivery (If selected)
Your game ships to a certified installer rather than directly to your home.
The installer will contact you within 1-2 days of them receiving the game to schedule delivery.
The installer will bring the game inside, unbox it, assemble it, test it, and remove all packaging materials.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I return my game?

Skee-Ball® and Skee-Ball® Related Home Arcade Products | Return Policy Although we hope you have nothing but love for your new home arcade game, new games can be returned in new condition within 30 days for a refund, subject to a 35% restocking fee. All return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our Team prior to any returns for support and to ensure you follow the appropriate and best process for your request. Can I cancel my order?

Skee-Ball® and Skee-Ball® Related Home Arcade Products | Cancellation Policy We take great pride in the individual, personalized attention to detail we put into the hand-building of each and every one of our home arcade games. With that said, if your game has not already gone into production and thus is in the process of being built, we would be happy to issue a refund less a $150 administrative fee, plus any applicable credit card processing fees. If your game has already been built, but has not yet shipped to you, you are free to cancel your order akin to our Return Policy and you will be subject to a 35% restocking fee and any applicable credit card processing fees.

INSTALLATION & ASSEMBLY

Will my Skee-Ball alley or arcade game require assembly?

Yes, all of our alleys and arcade games require minimal assembly. Assembly typically takes 30-60 minutes and only standard hand tools are necessary. No special tools are required. All alleys and games typically arrive in 1-3 boxes on one pallet. All you have to do is connect the pieces, and you’re ready to Keep the Good Times Rollin’™! Before you assemble or move your game, it's always best to find a friend or two as the sections should be lifted by multiple people. Plus, life is more fulfilling friends.

Do you offer White Glove installation or assembly services?

That is a great question. We sure do! Once your order is placed, you will still be contacted via phone so we can give you all the deets. Most of the time the LTL game shipment will be delivered directly to the installer that will be installing your game, so the tracking number will reflect that. Once the installer has your game in hand, they will reach out to you to schedule a time that works for delivery and setup. When they arrive, they will bring the game in, set it up, play it to make sure all is good and then they will take away all of the packing debris. You will then be ready to make for a friendly game of Skee-Ball.
