An arcade classic comes home, with a 21st century twist. But what does it take to build out this 96-table, 270 lb., stunning beast of a game?
For Starters, A Solid Team
It's no secret the recipe for a great team - in the office or on the field - consists of a combination of solid leadership, communication, access to good resources, and overall productive collaboration. But there's a secret sauce at play when it comes down to ours - and the secret lies right in this phrase.
Not only do we pride ourselves in having teammates that work hard, come to work early, and leave it all on the table after a solid day's work - we genuinely enjoy spending time together. Work hard, play harder.
Quality Materials and Midwest Work Ethic
Each unit is hand-built, screws tightened, and tilt-tested with love by someone who cares, like Laura. To build a single Skillshot FX, it takes 7 people, over 2 days, using more than 482 tools, parts, and pieces. Quality materials built by people who hold an unwavering belief that hard work and perseverance pays off; ultimately leading to our ability to give back 10% of all profits to the communities where we live, work, and play.
A Penchant for Fun
The Skillshot FX team and our parent and sister companies, make up more than just a place of work. We're a family. One who values fun, innovation, leadership, trust, excellence, and respect. One that is committed to working with and creating opportunities for the people we love and care about. One that works to make a difference in the lives of our customers and suppliers. And one that strives to run successful businesses, while enjoying every second of it, so we can pay it all forward - in generosity and in laughter.
